1. Eligibility: Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
2. Initiation Process: To initiate a return or exchange, customers need to contact our customer service team at [email protected] within the specified timeframe. Since all our items come with tracking, customers need not keep track of dates; we'll handle it from there.
3. Reasons for Return/Exchange: Customers may return items if they are unsatisfied with the product or dislike the scent. Returns will be processed for store credit.
4. Store Credit: Store credit will be issued in the form of a coupon once the returned items are received and inspected.
5. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges. However, if customers provide proof of the shipping cost, Beauty and Bees will reimburse them for half of the cost upon receiving the product back.
6. Refund Method: Refunds will be provided in the form of store credit. Additionally, we offer exchanges for a different scent, limited to once per order.
